In light of recent developments in our major fund-raising events…cancellation of Detroit Tigers spring training games, cancellation of remaining Poker Runs, Horse Races and other events where we have 50/50 drawings…the Foundation will be well short of our goals to furnish educational scholarships to our 2020 graduates. Our only hope is that everyone will dig deep and participate in the “Spring Fling 50/50” program to help alleviate this shortage. Tickets are $5.00 each and are available in the Pro Shop and from Diane Boland, Carol Debonis, CherylAnn Burnett, Al LaPlant, Sandy Hall, Barbara Brochu, Betty Harris and Judy Orioli.The drawing will be on May 4, so get your money to one of the above people by May 3. Your donation will be greatly appreciated…and you will have a chance to win a BIG prize. But remember, our students are the final winners.
